Samsung Life Insurance Co,Ltd is the largest insurer in South Korea Life plans to buy the Samsung Life Insurance Group headquarters for the construction of northern Seoul, industry sources said Sunday.
Sources familiar with the matter said the insurer council will decide Tuesday whether to allow the creation of home market, which is now a key partner of Samsung Electronics Co, for about 500 billion won (US $ 430 million) .
The building was builted in 1976,It was originally used by Samsung Life Insurance Co.ltd.
Proposed that once the house of Samsung Electronics, which is located in southern Seoul. It is currently occupied by the financial arm of Samsung – Samsung Card Co, the Samsung Securities Co and Samsung Life Insurance.
On November 16, Samsung Life Insurance announced Life shares for basic listing in Seoul during the first half of 2010 list.
